What we collect
We only collect the data you choose to send us through the contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Why we use it
Your data is used solely to answer your request (recruitment needs, applications, questions). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you, or the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take.
Retention
Messages and contact details are kept for a maximum of three years after our last exchange, then deleted.
Audience measurement
We use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free page counter operated by Eagle Rocket: it records the page visited, the referring page and campaign parameters, without any identifier or cookie stored on your device.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the UK GDPR, you may access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request its portability. Write to Olivier Niel at olivier@eagle-rocket.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
